Admiral Farragut Academy is a co-ed, independent Prekindergarten (starting age 3!) thru 12th grade day school that offers boarding for national and international students in grades 8-12. With students from an average of 32 countries and 17 U.S. states, our global school creates the opportunity for your child to study and connect with students from all over the world. Students also benefit from unique academic programs like Aviation, Marine Science, Scuba, Sailing, Engineering, and Naval Jr. ROTC. All campus gates are locked after 10:30 p.m. The dormitory has alarmed doors between the male and female dorms. Approximately 20 Residential Life Staff members live in their own rooms within the dormitories and monitor the dorms at all times. Additional faculty and staff live in apartments or houses, which are not located in the dorms but are on or directly next to campus.
